Terms of Use

The agreement
Bonfire is a private app for friend groups, operated by Dhilan Saluja. You agree to use it only in ways that are legal where you live.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your Apple or Google sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it anytime under You → Delete account, or by emailing us.
You must be at least 13. If we learn an account belongs to a child under 13, we will delete it.
Content and conduct
You own content you post. You grant Bonfire a license to host and display that content to your Crews so the app can function. That license ends when the content is deleted or expires, except for reasonable backup copies and legal holds.
Do not post illegal, harmful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or infringing content. Do not spam, impersonate people, or try to break the service. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules. Use Report and Block to flag problems.
Subscriptions
Bonfire Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Purchases, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. Restore purchases is on the subscription screen in the app.
Disclaimers
Bonfire is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Meetups are arranged by users. We are not responsible for in-person interactions. Use your judgment and follow local law when you meet people.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses from meetups, user content, or service interruptions. Some places do not allow these limits; they apply only as far as the law permits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of residence of the operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
